RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

To guarantee your reservation, guests are encouraged to book in advance through our official website, phone, or partner platforms. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to table availability. For group bookings or private events, a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may attract a fee equivalent to the minimum spend per guest.

SERVICE CHARGES & PAYMENTS

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A discretionary service charge of 10% may be added to your bill. Túraká accepts major debit/credit cards and cash payments.

EVENTS & PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Private events, parties, and group reservations must be arranged directly with our events team. Custom menus, décor, and entertainment options can be provided upon request. Deposit requirements and cancellation terms will be stated in the booking agreement.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Túraká is a smoke-free indoor space. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Guests are requested to respect this policy to ensure the comfort of all diners.

CHILDREN & MINORS POLICY

Children under 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult. However, certain evening sessions and live events may be restricted to guests aged 21 and above.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Túraká is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left unattended on the premises. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

We welcome personal photography but reserve the right to restrict professional or commercial shoots without prior authorization. By dining with us, guests consent to the possible use of background images captured during events for promotional purposes.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Our guests’ well-being is our top priority. Túraká adheres to strict hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are encouraged to inform staff when ordering.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Túraká reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, or anyone not in compliance with our policies.
